lost in a world of egoic confusion
presence returns to shatter the illusion
reverent strength and radiant peace
the lion and lamb permit my release

eternal light resounds in my heart
knowing creator and i are never apart
for love’s healing hand i am the glove
love free, love just, love divine, love

so I walk with courage, I am not alone
for in fertile ground the seed was sown
and i gracefully cast off this iron chain
opening my heart to heaven’s reign

time defined

glowing embers stir ripples of illusion defined
tickling the sky with a dance
released up to chance
mystifying expiration appears alive in the distance

unspoken elucidation against the memories of the mind
capturing a wistful stare
a childlike glare
reflecting if life could really exist there

wind whispers across trembling fingers of the blind
lost within stillness of space
the essence of grace
falling silent as time across the tranquil surface

safe

restless hearts entwined
with fear and love divine
full of contradiction
bound to the prediction
lost and so to find
a way to ease the mind
insanity eases its hold
yet still it feels so cold
and life resumes its pace
amidst a well worn race

spirit softly yearns
poetic words arise
painting dream-filled skies
contrasting colors bold
chaotic peace, behold

a questionable fight

a questionable fight
this earthly plight
tides of afflicted emotion
resisting desired commotion
something to feel
life so real

nostalgia

moments of clarity so complete
yet laden with such heavy reflection
that at once engenders expansive joy
while equally rendering it obsolete

until sunrays resume their heavenly embrace
illuminating a world of tired hearts
longing for this nostalgia unnamed
to awaken Life in this earthly place

and bodies will revel in warmth on skin
experiencing a deep love manifest
as holy intervention invigorates sleeping minds
allowing peace to extend outward from within
